May is HISTORIC PRESERVATION MONTH in Maywood

Congratulations to the Maywood Station Historical Committee on being awarded the 2013 Bergen County Historic Preservation - Adaptive Use - Award in connection with the Maywood Station Museum.

The Maywood GREEN TEAM has established the Maywood Community Garden along W. Fairmount Avenue across from Memorial School. Almost all garden beds have been planted. A few garden beds are available for Maywood organizations to tend during this year's growing season. Please contact the Green Team through the Borough Clerk's office at (201) 845-2900 x 201 for more information.

Electronics Recycling Event - June 1, 2013 at 9am in the front parking lot of Maywood Avenue School.

Remember all dogs and cats are required to be licensed every year.
The 2013 Dog Park Tags are available through the Borough Clerk's Office.

MAYWOOD MUNICIPAL COURT is now a shared service with the Borough of Paramus. All Maywood Court sessions and activities will be conducted through the Paramus Municipal Court at the Borough of Paramus Municipal Complex, 1 Jockish Square, Paramus, New Jersey, 201-265-2100

VOLUNTEERS are always needed to serve on the various Borough Boards and Committees. Please obtain and submit a completed Volunteer Application form to the Borough Clerk or feel free to contact Mayor Gregg A. Padovano directly at MaywoodMayor@aol.com
